Description:
This advertisment appeared in 1935 for houses on the Pilton Building Estate in what is now Priory Close, Pilton close to Pilton Abbey and Lake Cottages. The builder was A. F. Beer and the houses are indeed well-built. These three are apparently the only ones built before the 1939-1945 War.
