A day in the life of Bradiford and neighbours gather to chat. In the doorway of no 19 is Frances Williams (nee Hobbs), eldest daughter of builder Jack Hobbs and his wife, and sister of Joan Hobbs.
Then it's Elsie Williams, sister-in-law to Frances and daughter of George and Winifred Williams, holding the dog, Peter, which belonged to Jack and Ivy Hobbs. In the doorway of no 20 is Winifred Williams, Elsie's mum and next to her May Symons, Ivy's elder sister, who lived at no 19 with Charles (Charlie) Symons. Finally Mrs Howard, who lived with her husband in the house just before turning into Meadow Road. They had two sons and two daughters called Charlie, Brenda, Olive and Leslie. All except for Mrs Howard are relatives of Jaci Hibbert whom we thank warmly for the photo and information.
