This photograph, sent to The Pilton Story by Kath Tudor, shows the children of Pilton School in about 1928-30 when it was attended by her mother Marjory Audrey Tudor (née Trafani). Marjory is fourth from the left in the second row from the back. To her left is her best friend Isobel Hooper (née Jennings). Marjory is nearly 97 and has very fond memories of growing up in Pilton.
Many thanks to Kath Tudor for sending us this photograph. If anyone is able to identify anyone else in this photograph we would love to hear from them. The Pilton Story does not have much material from this period..
