This photograph of the Children's Coronation Party to celebrate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in Pilton Church Hall on 2nd June 1953 was posted on Facebook by Peter Bray on behalf of Rosalind Horton (neé Knight). Rosalind is the fifth girl sitting from the left. The girl next to her on her left is Monica Dix, whose father was the Headmaster of Pilton Primary School, Claude Dix.
