The names of members of the so-called Pilton Women's Committee 1964 have been carefully sewn on to a small lace-edged tablecloth (size about 3 feet square) in the style of individual signatures. However, no evidence has come to light to suggest that this cloth has anything to do with Pilton, Barnstaple. There is also a Pilton in Somerset (the home of the Glastonbury Festival) and in northern Edinburgh and if it has links to either we would love to know and would be happy to send it to its rightful home..
