This Bell was carried up Pilton Street in April 1987 as part of a festival organised by the Horse and Bamboo Theatre Company as part of 'The 12 Curlicues of Pilton'. It is thought to remember the bringing of new bells from Pilton Quay to St Mary's Church in 1854 for hanging. More information is sought.
