This photograph of two vintage cars was taken in around the 1950s outside West End Garage, Braunton Road, Barnstaple. The two cars shown are Devon registered cars with the letters TT and VOD. The garage was owned by Frank Ruhleman at one time.
The driver of the right hand car is Jim Thorne, father of Michael Thorne.
