Clifford Davies of Pilton made a 33 minute long film of the first Pilton Festival in 1982. In 2009, the Festival Committee arranged for it to be transferred it from the original Super8 film with the agreement of Clifford's daughter, Jennie Thomson. The film and sound quality are not brilliant after all this time, but it gives a very good idea of what the first Pilton Festival of the modern era was like.
