Pilton Festival receives cheque from Barnstaple Town Councillors in 2010

In March 2010 Pilton Green Man Festival received very generous funding of £1,000 from the Barnstaple Town Councillors for Pilton Ward to assist the running and ensure the continuity of the Festival. Presenting the cheque to Albert Linacre (centre) and Co-ordinator Gareth Woolway (right) on 13 March were (from left to right) Councillors Ian Roome (later Mayor of Barnstaple 2010-12), Val Elkins, Bruce Vernon and Jeremy Phillips (Mayor of Barnstaple).
