Some of Pilton's 'old boys' remember their childhood racing box carts, or pram-wheel buggies, from Maer Top to the bottom of Pilton Street in the days when there was no traffic and only the risk of running into a horse and cart. The two speakers are Brian Norman, formerly of 41A The Rock, and George Challacombe who lived at 86 Pilton Street. It's George describing the trolley rides and Brian remembering rolling down the road in a tyre!
