Description:
This photograph shows the Stanbury & Sons Victoria Flour Mills on Rolle Quay which were demolished some time after 1941. The Mills were located opposite the site where the Barnstaple Civic Centre now stands. Much later, on this site, the Mill Court flats were built and are still standing today.
