Description:
Samuel and Ellen Blake pose in Sunday best with their three children, Agnes May (the elder daughter), Flossie and John William Henry (known as Bill). Sam and Ellen married in 1904. He worked as a fellmonger. Ellen was a midwife, and they spent their whole married life at 50, The Rock, Pilton. Sam died in 1935 and his wife in 1941.
